概述了长沙地区栽培佛甲草的生物学特性及其可行的栽培技术和管理措施。     

类鼻疽的研究进展

本文就类鼻疽(melioidosis)的流行病学,诊断方法,免疫机理,发病机理及治疗方法 进行了综述。为重视该病的研究提出了建议。     

莲子草假隔链格孢的寄主范围及对空心莲子草的控制作用

 空心莲子草(Alteranthera philoxeroides)由于具有繁殖迅速、适应性强等特点,于20世纪50年代被引人我国江苏和浙江等地作为牲畜饲料植物栽培,随后相继传人全国各地并引起危害,成为我国大部分省区旱地和水域的恶性杂草之一。其微生物防治目前仍处于生物防治物的调查筛选阶段,已发现的病原真菌有假隔链格孢菌(Nimbya alternantherae)、炭疽菌(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides)、立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani)及链格孢(Alternaria sp.)等。     

Se-containing spirulina phycocyanin attenuated liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride in mice

AIM:To investigate the effect of Se-containing spirulina phycocyanin (Se-SPC) on liver injury of mice induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl₄). METHODS:The mouse model was conducted by intragastric feeding with 2% CCl₄ oil for three times, meanwhile Se-SPC, spirulina phycocyanin (SPC) and Na₂SeO₃ were injected (ip) to various groups for 7 days. Then selenium (Se), glutathione peroxidase (GPx), superoxide dismutase (SOD), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), malondiaoldehyde (MDA) and nitric oxide (NO) levels in blood and liver were measured. RESULTS:The level of Se,GPx and SOD activities were obviously higher(P<0.05)but ALT activity,MDA and NO₂^-/NO₃^- levels were remarkably lower(P<0.05)in Se-SPC treated groups than those in CCl₄ groups,and effects of high dose Se-SPC on Se,GPx,MDA and NO₂^-/NO₃^- were even more significant(P<0.01).Under the same dose of Se or protein,effects of all selected targets in Se-SPC groups were more efficient than those in SPC groups and inorganic-Se groups.Furthermore,Se levels had a positive correlation with GPx activity(r=01705),which had negative correlation with levels of MDA,NO₂^-/NO₃^- and ALT(r=-0.629,r=-0.336,r=-0.457,respectively), and positive correlations between ALT activity and MDA or NO₂^-/NO₃^- level were found (r=0.519,r=0.641). CONCLUSION:These results indicated that Se-SPC may attenuate liver injury of mice induced by CCl₄ through its anti-inflammatory action and enhancing selenoenzyme expression.     

Effects of PD98059 on the differentiation from mesenchymal stem cells to osteoblasts

AIM: To investigate the effects of PD98059 on the differentiation from mesenchymal stem cells to osteoblasts.METHODS: hMSC were separated from human marrow and expanded in cuture medium. hMSC were induced with dexamethasone, β-glycerophosphate, vitamin C which acted as osteoblast differentiation inducer. PD98059 was added into the osteoblasts induction medium. The cells were assayed with cell morphology, alkaline phosphatase (AP) activity and calcium deposition. RESULTS: The isolated cultured MSC comprised a single phenotypic population and displayed a fibroblast-like morphology. After induced with osteoblasts induction medium, the cells showed changes in cell morphology from spindle-shape to cuboidal and polygonal. The AP activity increased gradually and reached the peak in 12 days, then decreased. Many scattered tangerice calcium nodes were observed. PD 98059 significantly inhibited AP activity and calcium deposition in a dose-dependent manner. A striking observation of the present study was that a few adipocytes appeared in cultures that were treated with PD 98059 and osteogenic differentiation medium. CONCLUSION: These results indicated that osteogenic diferentiation from the hMSCs was related to the activation of the ERK.     

动物组织中己烯雌酚残留的高效液相色谱/电化学检测方法研究

建立了动物组织中己烯雌酚的高效液相色谱/电化学检测方法.色谱柱为HypersilODSC18柱(5μm,4.6mm×250mm);流动相为乙腈-0.007mol/L磷酸二氢铵(48∶52,V/V,pH3.5);电化学检测的检测模式为前处理(pretreat),工作电压为0.9V,灵敏度为0.5μA.己烯雌酚浓度在0.2～100ng/g范围内具有良好线性关系,相关系数为0.9995.各组织不同添加浓度的平均回收率均为80%,批内变异系数《3.60%,批间变异系数《3.72%,检测限为0.2ng/g.     

施肥对黔中地区混播草地牧草生长性能的影响

本文研究了氮磷钾不同配比施肥量对黑麦草和紫花苜蓿混播草地牧草生长的影响,结果表明:氮肥促进禾本科牧草叶的生长(P<0.05),增施钾肥对禾草的生长有利;磷能促进豆科牧草根的生长(P<0.05)且豆科牧草株高随着施磷量的增加各处理间差异显著(P<0.05),高氮抑制豆科牧草的生长;最高产量的施肥方式:N:P_2O_5:K_2O为20:30:20,比对照处理的草地产量增加63.92％。     

Rat mesenchymal stem cells differentiate into neuron-like cells induced by berberine in vitro

AIM: To investigate whether berberine can induce rat mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) to differentiate into neuron -like cells in vitro. METHODS: MSCs were separated from young rat femurs marrow and expanded in culture medium. MSCs were induced to differentiate by berberine. The morphological changes of MSCs were evaluated by light microscope.Neuron-spcific enolase (NSE), neurofilament (NF), glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) were detected by immunohistochemistry. RESULTS: Induced by berberine for 8 hours,MSCs exhibited neurotype . The expression of NSE and NF in the neuron-like cells was positive, but the glial astrocyte marker GFAP didn't express. CONCLUSION: Berberine may induce adult rat MSCs to differentiate into neuron-like cells in vitro.     

低温胁迫对狗牙根生理及基因表达的影响

以耐寒性差异较大的杂交狗牙根品种运动百慕大、天堂419和普通狗牙根品种保定狗牙根为试验材料,分析了昼夜温度为适温(30 ℃/25 ℃)、亚适温(18 ℃/12 ℃)、冷害(8 ℃/4 ℃)和冻害(4 ℃/-4 ℃)4种温度处理下,低温对狗牙根生长速率和草坪质量、MDA含量、叶绿素荧光(F_v/F_m)、光合作用(P_n、G_s、C_i、T_r)、H₂O₂和O2·-含量、抗氧化酶活性(SOD、POD、CAT、APX)、抗氧化酶及耐寒相关基因(CBF1、COR、LEA)表达的影响。结果表明,随着温度的降低,狗牙根草坪质量、生长速率、F_v/F_m和光合作用显著下降,但在耐寒性强的运动百慕大中下降幅度较小;低温下叶片MDA和H₂O₂含量及O2·-产生速率显著升高,其中在耐寒性弱的保定狗牙根中升高程度更大;狗牙根叶片抗氧化酶活性及抗氧化酶基因的表达水平随着处理温度的下降而显著升高,其中在运动百慕大中更为明显;狗牙根CBF1、COR和LEA基因表达量随着温度的下降而显著升高,尤其是在耐寒狗牙根运动百慕大中更为显著。低温诱导的抗氧化酶和耐寒相关基因上调表达,增强了细胞内的抗氧化防御,有助于狗牙根植株维持较高的光合作用和细胞膜稳定性,延缓叶片的衰老,从而提高了狗牙根的抗寒能力。     

射流泵装置性能预测方法

提出了一种射流泵装置性能预测方法,并进行了试验验证.以射流泵试验所得射流泵的流量比与压力比曲线,以及离心泵的流量扬程曲线作为预测初始条件,通过射流泵装置2种吸上高度4.5和9.0 m的性能试验,比较各流量比时装置工况点试验值与预测值精度,发现数值解法整体误差较小,能更好地反映射流泵扬程随流量比变化的情况,但与试验值相比仍存在误差且个别工况点误差较大,需进一步修正.引入预测值与试验值的比值作为修正系数,通过Plackett-Burman试验设计,从吸上高度、面积比、喷嘴直径、流量比、喉嘴距、喉管长径比、泵转速等因子中筛选出对射流泵扬程影响效应显著的面积比及流量比作为修正公式的关键参数,利用遗传算法和公式自动搜索拟合,得到射流泵扬程的计算公式,且相关系数超过0.99.通过射流泵装置在吸上高度为3.5和8.0 m的试验结果比较,表明具有较高的可信度.
